Shikma and Talia are different dorms.
Shikma is near 'Horev' City center.
Tali in in the University of Haifa campus (at the far-end of the city).
From Shikma dorms, consider walking up to Horev center, and take one of the
frequent buses to the 'Carmel Center' where the conference is.
