It has not worked that way yet. They only speak as a chorus of executive
staff and lawyers. This is fairly typical for any institutional
relationship when they have no Wikipedian on staff. If you want to draft
proposals to share with the mix then you can. Write in such a way that
twenty different people who know nothing about Wikipedia will all interpret
your proposal in the same way when they read it separately. 6 months would
be an expected turn around for comments once we submit several proposals.
Chats could happen sooner if we requested and you could join.

These kinds of meetings are burdensome for us because they take lots of
time and move slowly. They do not have a single point if contact because
they are scared. We do not have one because of dectralization, no paid
staff, etc.
