I've been receiving complains via Facebook from people of Angola about not being able to create new accounts, some know something about it? They receive the as if the IP was blocked, however we receive more then 5 complains just in the Commons FB page. Any ideas? -- Rodrigo Tetsuo Argenton

I have experienced this as well. For the problem went away when I restarted the browser and logged out then logged in again. I'm not sure if this is a local browser issue or if the session data got messed up server-side, but getting a new session was the only way to solve it for me. Chico
