Hi Chris,
this is a great initiative and I would love to nominate at least 2 projects to 
spread their energy and motivation as well as to acknowledge their work. 
However, as a European with some attentiveness for data reduction and data 
economy I wonder why you have to retain contact information from me and the 
nominees unless we ask you to delete them. I got a first rejection from a 
potential project just because of this kind of data collecting. That’s sad and 
I believe we as a community could do better.

Thank you, Maggie, Elena and Nick for this meeting!

The event was very well organized on the first try, focused and informative.
Special thanks to Maggie for tirelessly answering all the questions and
giving insight to the wide spectrum of challenges.

It was great to hear that transparency will be an important part of the
processes to be developed and that the communities will be involved in
working out the details. I think this is going in the right direction to
establish trust and cooperation with the communities and a mutually
agreeable outcome.

Thank you to all participants and I hope there will be more meetings as
this project progresses!

Hello,
Good initiative. I'd like to share a couple of India-related stories I can
think of and will get back with that (or I'll email you in person, if that
works, kindly let me know). Thanks for planning this.

A side-comment: It does not look good if links, specially the privacy
policy link which states "your privacy is important to us " is itself
masked by YAMM (yet another mail merge), that's a third party. I used the
MMS tool a few times a long time ago, did not like it. They track too many
things like email clicked, email opened etc.
I was also not aware that Qualtrics records IP addresses.
