In Swedish Wikipedia we have Monthly tasks (mostly called monthly because in that interval barnstars are given for completed tasks), where editors gives small tasks for other editors to complete. Very similar to your bounties, but not often spell checking. https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:M
