Hello Kaarel,
Please i need your advice, in other to encourage more women participation,
we were thinking of giving data scholarships/packages of $20-$25 to at
least Twenty five women(25) who might need it, but the problem here is
since  most of our participants are in different countries, i do not know
how to go about it, because if i make the request on their behalf i do not
know how they will receive it. been racking my brains on it before applying
for the grant,  and this might be the situation for subsequent events,
since our membership spans across different countries, please can you
propose a solution to this for me before the scholarship window closes.
