Hello Xeno! Thanks for your message. And thanks for the whole UCoC team for 
their very hard and effectivities work. For a long time I have had no certainty 
that UCoC and the clarification shall be accepted by for example the polish 
wiki community because for now the was no evidence that polish wiki ArbCom will 
be our local instance for UCoC enforcement. Now in my opinion it is clear.

Santiago, does it means that WM Espana has now tax exempt status like WM Polska 
has over years? In Poland it means that 1 % of personal tax can be transferred 
to WM Polska.

Anyway, it is great news, congratulations!

Geoff, I do not share the satisfaction towards your above statement.

The more words, the less clarity. The less respect for others. The more you 
deny something the more it is likely.

We, me have not received answers to few simple questions. Instead, we received 
strenuous ensure that this is not a political issue, that matters are under 
consideration, that this will not have any impact, and so on and so on. That is 
why I personally believe that this is a political issue. Or ... but never mind, 
I do not want to offend anyone.

And not as the opposite, but great respect and thanks for Rubin's efforts to 
disclose this mysterious issue.
