Hello Everyone, As for the insights on staff photos, thank you for your feedback. Yes, we are in the process of creating some more consistency in our staff photos for the Wikimedia Foundation staff page, while allowing the people who work here to be seen in a way that feels comfortable to them as well. It is a nice balance that we are still refining. We will be getting a bunch of photos taken during our next all staff meeting in September, so stay tuned. :)
We are working on ways at managing consistency in house at the moment and appreciate your feedback and patience. More photos coming soon enough.
