Hello everyone, After the first announcement of the Africa Day Campaign Microgrant, we are giving the opportunity to Wikimedians in these following countries to apply for the microgrant:
Egypt, Algeria, Liberia, Guinea, Botswana, Kenya and Uganda. As part of this campaign, we are calling on all organizers across Africa to join us in increasing knowledge about topics related to Africa through activities such as edit-a-thons, content campaign drives, local writing contests, and so much more! We want to make this a memorable and unforgettable event for everyone. Who can apply; The best part? We are offering microgrants ranging between USD500 and USD1000 to Wikimedia user groups, affiliates, Mission aligned organizations and institutions, as well as individuals in the aforementioned countries to support their participation in this campaign. Application Deadline The deadline to apply is *Sunday 14th, May 2023*.
