Given the initial attribution of the Foundation Board of Trustees indicating that they considered the appointment of an anti-competitive hiring blacklist enforcement manager as a "public relations check" problem, I recommend that Foundation employees immediately join the Union for Non-Profit Workers, IFPTE Local 70:
