Wikimedia has put in a submission against this - but the entertainment industry is still lobbying as absolutely hard as possible. (Their goal is to remove safe harbour protection from YouTube so they can demand money that presently doesn't exist, and that they know doesn't exist.) Do we have any status updates on what's going on with this?
