Hi all, It's been pointed out to us that the deadline for the Letter of Intent in one place on the FDC portal (undergoing redesign) was June 8 rather than June 1, and that caused some confusion. Our apologies. We're more than happy to accommodate any organisations affected by this. Please let us know if this is the case for you. We'll continue to keep the default option as June 1, but leave time for organisations that have been working to a June 8 schedule. Indeed, some of you have already reached out and asked for a little flexibility; based on this, we'll confirm the final list on June 8. Finally, the Funds Dissemination Advisory Group[4] will be meeting at the end of May to review the first two years of the FDC process. As you're sending this announcement email on June 1 (well, in my timezone) and as that is a Sunday (in my timezone, a day off), I guess June 8 would definitely be more reasonable, even though I expect most FDC-chapters will have been working on the letter already.
