Okay, I did a pretty thorough scrub and reworking of the article. I added the logo as well as moved it to the main space. As it stood the article needed help but of course that's typical of new articles. While the citations were okay I added more to them, and found a lot of English articles as

Mitar, To get a deleted article back, ask an "Administrator" to move it to your User_page draft space so you can get your text/references . The text is still in the system, just not accessible to public. There should be no problem. You could even ask the Administrator who deleted it, via Talk page
