Most countries would have privacy laws that prevent organisations (with
exceptions for law and tax enforcement organisations) attaining and/or having
access to an employee/board member’s bank account.
Would be pointless anyway, since kickbacks don’t have to be paid into a bank
.
Maybe the Universal Code of Conduct might address this issue, it might not as
well.

It would be hard to know where you picked it up from. Certainly the longer you?re in a venue, the chances increase but you can still pick it up in locations you may have only spent a few minutes in. There was an uptick in cases world wide around the time of Wikimania. I was unable to attend due to
