What a terribly ill-informed comment.  This is something one sees regularly in 
new editors, ones who misunderstand NPOV thinking that it is a simple formula 
of good stuff + critical stuff == balanced article.  Adding Chinese 
anti-Tibetan propaganda in order to appease them is not a sensible idea.
