A month or so ago, I informed you about CIS-A2K's initiative
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/CIS-A2K/Train-a-Wikipedian
Thanks to everyone who shared their suggestions and feedback.

This month we have further improved the portal and started the training. It
is now divided it into 3 parts-

   1. *Editors* to become more editors;
   2. *Potential admin candidates* to become admins
   3. *Admins* to become more skilled and powerful

4 editors have joined this program so far:

   1. User:Bodhisattwa (Bengali Wikipedia admin)
   2. User:Sayant Mahato (Sanskrit Wikipedia editor, potential admin, Sa WP
   RFA going on)
   3. User:Jim Carter (English Wikipedia editor, Arbitration Committee
   clerk, wants to become an En WP admin)
   4. User:Jnanaranjan sahu (Odia Wikipedia editor, wants to better )

We know about Wikipedia Education Program's courses and
Wikipedia:Adopt-a-user, but Indian Wikipedias' environment are different
than the English Wikipedia, so we don't want to directly follow English
Wikipedia training process right now.

Please share your suggestions/feedback to improve this training program. :)
