Hi James, Although I have a variety of frustrations with WMF Community Resources and for COI reasons I would like to have ways to fund Wikimedia projects with minimal involvement or approvals from WMF, I agree with Danny that your proposal as written is likely outside of the scope for the Community Wishlist Survey and that your proposal would benefit from clarification. I support Danny's decision, but I thank you for thinking about these topics. I hope to see more discussion of fundraising and distribution of resources in the weeks and months ahead, including in the context of the WMF strategy process.
