Just to note that I sent a mail to wikimania-prog...@lists.wikimedia.org on Feb 3 and never received any reply, not even an acknowledgement receipt.
Now it is too late anyway, but the committee may want to check whether they are actually receiving mail and make sure acknowledgement receipt are being sent back.
