Yeah, clearer guidelines on how to IRC would have been good. Everyone was always super helpful when I asked for help, but it really wasn't clear how much effort to put into keeping up on IRC, or that I needed a bouncer, etc. We did talk about this some back then and I added a bit of text to the onb
