Hi, Today the St. Patrick's Parade and Festival are happening in downtown San Francisco. The parade will start at 11:30 am at 2nd and Market and will continue to Civic Center Plaza via McAllister Street. The Festival itself will be on Civic Center Plaza from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
