So Phoebe, Eugene Eric Kim and I had a planning meeting for next steps on the conference and afterparty for January 15th, the 10th anniversary of Wikipedia. I know this not make perfect sense to everyone, but I took notes and wanted to distribute them to everyone. Keynotes: Ask Ward and Kevin by Monday. Keep Joi as backup Other ideas: Erin McKean, Jane McGonigal, Other minorities Other ideas: Video at the party? Record keynotes? Party: Party left in capable hands of WMF (Jay, Steven, etc.) Food/drink: We have caterer contacts in the works Budget: 3k for space and food together? Fill out grant proposal on the wiki WiserEarth paperwork needs doing (Eugene) Facilitation: Eugene is taking care of it
