The Wikimedia Foundation has published a blog post announcing that we have sent a cease and desist letter to WikiPR. The letter demands the firm cease editing Wikipedia sites until it complies with the conditions of the Wikipedia community's ban, as well as any further conditions that might be set out by the Board, the community or the WMF.
