Dear members, I have created a stub of project management guidelines for WMCH: http://members.wikimedia.ch/Project_guideline
This has not for purpose to setup strict rules, but to have something easy to follow to be sure sure we are not 100% wrong with a project. This is still a stub and I would appreciate your comments, please make them on the talk page. Regards Emmanuel
