Analysis of the present situation - WMCH roles and responsibilities in the TAO project - What project activities have been planned? What has been achieved so far? - What are the main problems/challenges? What can we learn from the experiences with the project so far? - To what extent has WMCH the capabilities to assume its roles and responsibilities? 2. The roles of the researchers within TAO - Presentation and discussion of the consulting approach used within TAO with regard to organizational development - Short presentation of the action research approach 3. Roadmap - Regarding the development of TAO-related activities - Regarding organizational development 4. If there is enough time: Start with the first steps on the roadmap - e.g. specification of WMCH TAO working group organization - e.g. specification of WMCH projects in line with TAO Charles
