Hi, Recently, there was a major subscription attack to all the mailing lists. Email ids from aol and yahoo were used to subscribe in bulk. Probably, during the corrective measures, this kind of problem might have occurred.
In case of any posting issues, raising them to the list admins usually solves them quickly.
