Dear all, 

Here is the September bulletin with updates from
the Access to Knowledge programme supported by a grant from the
Wikimedia Foundation. 

Beginning from September 1, 2012, Wikimedia
Foundation has awarded CIS a two-year grant of upto INR 26,000,000 to
support and develop free knowledge in India: 

# Access to Knowledge
Programme [1] 

        * The Wikimedia Foundation's India Program has become
the Access to Knowledge (A2K) programme of CIS.

# CIS Office in Delhi


        * The A2K team [2] consists of four members: Nitika Tandon [3],
Shiju Alex [4], Subhashish Panigrahi [5] and Noopur Raval [6].

        * Indic Language Wikipedias - Statistical Report

# Wikipedia Workshops 

NOTE: Although
most of these workshops were conducted prior to the grant period, the
reports for all of these were written during September, hence we are
