That depends on how OT is defined. We already face internal restrictions defining content, we face 'security' restrictions finding content (re our discussions on photographing heritage structures), and for all we know, one day we will find ourselves tagged by officious offshoots of the State for even having independent minds and seeking to spread knowledge.
