The formalities will take a while longer. We'll need to get ChapCom
approval and then register ourselves locally. The first, hopefully,
won't take long. The second will take a while - say 6-8 weeks or so.

After incorporating feedback on meta, it ll be reviewed and approved by the
chapters committee. Following that the registration procedure might take a
month or more, I guess.
