I think they use it in the sense Wikipedia = Encyclopedia (they are covering
India related news). Like Xerox machine became synonymous with photo
copying.
People might even mistake any wiki for Wikimedia projects. Probably there
are 100s of sites like this all over the world.

Wikipedia / Wikimedia foundation is usually very generous in terms of
using-reusing its intellectual properties, especially by *anyone who is

The below site has to do nothing with wikipedia but intends to just "sell"
by piggy bagging on the name of wikipedia. IMO
