Hello friends, I'm writing to let you know that today we're opening registration for the 2019 Creative Commons Global Summit <https://summit.creativecommons.org/register2019/>, and to invite you to consider applying for a scholarship <https://summit.creativecommons.org/scholarships/>. The Creative Commons Global Summit will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, 9-11 May 2019. Join us for three days of dynamic programming at Museu do Oriente, with keynotes held at the historic Cineteatro Capitolio. *Apply for a CC Global Summit scholarship* Nearly 25% of all Global Summit attendees receive support from Creative Commons in the form of scholarships. Our scholarship program helps ensure the global community remains central in the debates, collaborations, connections, and strategies for action that make the Global Summit such an exciting and important event.
