First of all, congratulations to friends at WMIN for contributing the
reported activities for the benefit of the Wikimedia movement - running a
nonprofit without secured (and at times no) funding is really hard. That

That is perfect for bulk uploads. It also allows organizing metadata in a
spreadsheet. The link above also has guides for using it for the first time.
