Yes, Béria, and I have acknowledged this not once but *twice* in the
response that first mentioned the GAC. I was pointing out that the

consult with WMIN, they are telling a big "NO", why you don't refuse the
grant?

where he wanted money for food expenses as well.
On an unrelated note, there is a NASA-ISRO-BU Space Camp being held in
Coimbatore.

I hope I am wrong, but this doesnt look like it fits within the
participation assistance scheme. Instead it looks like the assistance
is to cover travel to USA for an internship at NASA-related
organisation.
The grant request page is quite confusing.
