Just an update:
The image of the Safdarjung tomb did get nominated for a Featured Image,
but didn't go thru.
It was nominated by me on the 4th of December, while voting ended on 13th
of December.

We are st,ill verifying his identity, but someone claiming to be the winner
did contact us via Facebook.

Yes, Verification of the identity is absolutely necessary. How about also
asking him to log in via his already registered wiki account and ascertain
his identity too.
