We are pleased to announce an event in the first week of February 2013. BITS-Pilani, K.K. Birla Goa Campus is celebrating an event called Quark 2013. (See: http://www.bits-quark.org/2013/ ). Wikimedia India Chapter will be conducting a MediaWiki workshop during the event.
