Obviously this is a special case but essentially when there is a need for new characters there is a procedure for getting them included in Unicode. Onc

This is the first Malayalam Wiki Academy in Kerala and 3rd in the total. the first two was conducted in Bangalore. Being conducted in Kerala after the initiative of the offline CD and the meetup held in Kochi in April'10
