A survey on donation process is being conducted by WMF between 11th March 2013 and 13th March 2013 at Bangalore.
They want to understand the perception of potential donors to the message, layout, language, and mechanism used for the global fundraiser program. Apart from some donors, they wish to meet some community members too. Apparently there is a high failure rate in the online donation process from India and they would like to understand this first hand, while the fund raising is on, and as people go through the donation process. This would be a qualitative survey, with a one on one discussion and observation.
