Extremely sorry to hear this - from everything I've heard, read and seen
over the last 1.5 years, Shiju's departure will be a huge loss for the
program.

Shiju, needless to say I wish you a good transition and hope we will stay
in touch.

And of course I very much hope that someone with as much passion for indic
languages and skills in working supportively with language communities will
join the team.
