My point is very simple.
If things are still in planning, it should not be announced as a
contest. It can be a nice community drive for uploading photos for a
specific domain. No issues with that.
However, if it is announced as a contest, rules and regulations are
necessary for a
+1 Sudhanwa.
I had raised the same issue in the Commons talk page, saying we need not
hurry up. Even though its a pilot project, things are not so simple when we
have all volunteers leading it.
