Hoi,
There are two ways of enabling this Wikidata search functionality; Wiki
wide and personally. It is done by adding this one line to common.js..
importScriptURI("//en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Wdsearch.js&action=raw&ctype=text/javascript");
You add it either to mediawiki:common.js or to USER/common.js.
