Hello Everyone :) we should tap into colleges, schools and the senior editors can look into inspiring the new and junior editors. I think this is how wikipedia can engage new editors, young editors. I support Mr.Ravi's third point We recognize few individuals who contributed and awarded surprisingly we don't find any impact after that, some how new and anonymous users contribution is very low in Te.Wiki .During most of its content existence the Te.Wiki has been maintained by community without organized effort.I found while others come to share knowledge writing in Telugu as per Wiki style is barrier . A large amount goes to experiments...if one third of that amount used appreciating editors, we would have been a much better scenario. Wikipedia, Wiktionary, Wikisource should be good enough unless you have a huge community. 3. Focus on offline projects like events, celebrations. While they are good, over doing can stress few active contributors. In my experience, every time after organizing some offline event, there is too much burn out and people return after months. 4. Things that plague all global Wikipedias - archaic editor, social media distractions, increasing use of tablets / smart phones.
