I'm sure someone will try to work it out. I'll repeat what I've said on AN/I: Is anyone using Demon around? If so, are you being proxied? As I recall, Demon were the only ISP last time round that were honest about what they were doing (giving a message saying the page had been censored rather than a generic error message) so they may be a good source of information this time around as well. Speaking of which, people I can refer press to would be good to have to hand *right now*, as in ready for daytime and evening tomorrow if this turns out to be the case. I am supposed to spend my days working for a living, after all ... I have no major plans for tomorrow, I'll be in front of my computer most of the day (barring a short trip to the shops to buy food). What do you need?
