Currently it seems like the meeting will be at 09:00 with the WLM launch at
16:00. I think that everything will be finished by around 17:00 or 18:00, maybe
the rest of the team can give some input? That will give you a good time frame
to fly in the morning and then leave the same evening. How does that sound? It
will be best if you can arrange it yourself, because my time is limited. We
will then reimburse you afterwards. Please do keep all receipts, as we must
submit them to the Wikimedia Foundation. Thanks.
