Good evening Here is my promised email on the appointment of proxies for the upcoming annual general meeting. So far, only David Richfield, David Robert Lewis and Kerryn McKay showed interest in being represented by a proxy. I created the following form as a proposal to be used for this purpose: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_South_Africa/AGM1/Proxy_form. Please check it and let me know whether it is in order. I only included the items where actual voting will be required. The finalized version of this form will be required to be signed and emailed back to the board at least 24 hours before the meeting. When everyone is happy with the proposed form I will create a PDF and sent it to those required.
