The 25th November. Most of the code related to Page: pages, including the
edition interface, have been rewritten by Aarti Dwivedi (User:Rtdwivedi) with

templates on this extension is only throw well defined interfaces.

Small correction here.
Wikisource will not be getting the next update to MediaWiki and related
extensions (including ProofreadPage) until *December 2nd*.
Why? Because next week is Thanksgiving in the US and is thus a very
short week, and not long enough to do our normal release cadence.
