[Wikisource-l] Google Books resumes scanning, in Antwerp

After a few years of near hiatus, it seems that Google Books has found a 
new partner, the city of Antwerp. They had been scouting for a while 
now, looking for a partner willing to scan at least 100k books.

I've checked a few versions of the press release circulated in Belgium 
and there's no clear statement on how the city/library will make the 
scans available, only a generic mention of the books being added to its
