It'd be worth making a note about your concerns at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Communications/Wikimedia_brands/2030_research_and_planning/community_review As far as I can see, there's no plan to change Wikisource's name. It's more about making 'Wikipedia' more prominent than 'Wikimedia'
