Full details are in T320337 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T320337>. *Problems* - Last week, three wikis (French Wikipedia, Japanese Wikipedia, Russian Wikipedia) had read-only access for 25 minutes. This was caused by a hardware problem.
