Note that while AbuseFilter correctly detected emoji in that change, the diff at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseLog/75573 https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseLog/75573 may not visibly show any emoji (depending on your browser). At least in Chrome/Mac it doesn't show it
