Is there any way to notify this in the front/home page of the Tamil

There are many ways of doing this.. However, when you want this to work for
you, it takes a big effort to make this happen. Long term you may have to
do the least by using Wikidata.

my GSoC internship and it definitely was a very well spent summer. I was
working this summer on building a Pronunciation Recording Tool for WMF
under the mentorship of Michael Dale and Matthew Flaschen.
I have several wikis all symlinked to a single prime wiki. Only the
images, cache, and mw-config directories and LocalSettings.php file
are unique for each wiki.
Normally for maintenance scripts I just add --conf
C:/path/to/LocalSettings.php to perform the maintenance script on a
particular wiki
