Did not get the answer, so repeating in the mailing list. We might need Idea license to support https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:WLX_Jury_Tool for Wiki loves monuments as it is the best IDE for Scala and we want to onboard someone except me to support the jury tool. Regards, Ilya On
